• 2 year minimum agency and/or account management experience.
• Great communication skills
• Logical thinker, process driven and results oriented
• Thorough with solid organisational skills, ability to multi task and juggle priorities and let nothing fall through the cracks
• Independent and the initiative to be pro active with assistance and support
• Charming personality

Desirable skills:

• Passion for digital and communications
• Willingness to put in extra hours to produce successful results if required
• Willingness to develop technical competencies
• People management skills
• Working knowledge of Project Management methodologies, Agile/Prince2 a massive bonus.

This is a full time position with a salary of £22-24k gross per year plus bonus and benefits like duvet days, weekly staff lunches, company phone, tuition and enrichment days.

Basic salary of £22-24k gross per year + commission. You get a percentage of any project you source or encourage from your clients, on target equates to an equivalent of £36k+ per year. This is structured as follows:

• 5% on any project you bring in
• If you reach £20k in any one month, this increases to 6%
• If you reach £30k in any one month, this increases to 7%
• and so on to a maximum of 10%
